Hello everyone! :) I've been quiet because i've pretty much been doing internships all summer - tiring, but i've learnt a lot too. was rather glad when it was coming to an end so i can take a short break before school starts again, but little did i know that my end of summer was gonna be made better by hearing from The Stage Walk to do an advertorial! ;)
I shop much less now, so i don't really follow many blogshops but i've heard of TSW from shopping forums and Facebook. They carry many pieces from girly basics to chic office wear, including their own manufactured label. Naturally, i was honoured to get to know Jamie and collaborate with TSW :) I trusted her to pick something suitable for me and she chose something that's right up my alley - the Wanderlust floral bustier dress in blue :)
There's just something about blue prints on a white background that I really fancy: whether its the oriental daintiness of floral porcelain prints or the opulent vibrancy of the baroque/floral print on this dress. Combine it with a flattering bustier + flare skirt cut that makes any girl feel girly and dressed up? You've got yourself a winner of a dress right there.
Coincidentally, the National Museum is now having an exhibition entitled Princely Treasures: from the House of Liechtenstein. Popped by with Mako the other day and was thoroughly blown away by the grandeur and detail of the pieces. Much like the print on this dress ;)
I decided to go simple on the accessorising since the dress really speaks for itself. Paired it with my strappy heeled sandals from ASOS and i really like how it looks modern yet feels classic.
If you fancy this dress, do head to The Stage Walk and pick up a piece of your own! :) Whether you're an avid print lover like me or looking to try something printed for the first time, I'm sure you'll love this dress as much as I do. Do also stay tuned to their Facebook page for exclusive previews: there are some upcoming self-manufactured pieces that look really promising! ;)
Thank you again for sending me this dress, Jamie :)
Till the next!
